A Huntsville woman was arrested following what police are calling a road rage incident in Guntersville.聽
According to Guntersville Police, 46-year-old Charity Thacker was charged with driving under the influence and discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle early Sunday morning.聽
Police responded shortly after midnight to the area of Blount Avenue and Highway 227 for the road rage incident, during which the victim's vehicle was struck by gunfire.聽
Police say no one was injured during the incident.聽
Thacker is booked into the Marshall County Jail with no bond at this time.聽
